Led by midlife’s strongest power couple

We’re Katie and Pete, and we created the Makoa Method to help you move forward fearlessly.

We coach adults over 35 who want to feel strong, confident, and in control of their health again. We understand how easy it is to put yourself last and how hard it can feel to start over. We’ve been there ourselves and we know what works.

Our programs are designed to help you build muscle, lose fat, and maintain consistency at any age. Every plan is clear, practical, and realistic for real life. We combine strength training, accountability, and mindset coaching to help you achieve results that last.
